Baristas exercising their artistic flair and drawing custom designs in the foam of their lattes is new and fascinating trend. This trend is full of possibilities and potential. Most recently, people have been sharing Game of Thrones-inspired latte designs on social media, but this twist from this Las Vegas barista have upped the ante and challenge all those in the latte-art scene.
Mason Salisbury introduced this innovative take on latte design by fusing food dye with steamed milk to create these one-of-a-kind technicolor designs. So far, he’s only done the traditional leaf design with his approach, but we can’t wait until he begins producing full-color portraits of his own!
